RIA TERRACES’ main goal is to develop a sustainable community, that integrates perfectly in the abundance of natural resources and supplies real estate products to Faro, and the Montenegro parish.
The project develops a unique new extension of Montenegro along two new streets developed from scratch. First phase
The first phase of the project plans the construction and sale of 6 villas – lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 – starting construction in 2023 and with delivery to clients in 2024.
All villas are V4 (3 suites) with swimming pool, parking for two vehicles, basement, ground floor, first floor and terrace.
